Colombo, Sri Lanka – 03 April 2026 – Sri Lanka’s recruitment sector marked a significant milestone with the official launch of HotJobs, described as the country’s first AI-driven recruitment platform.
HotJobs was officially launched on 17 March 2026 at Cinnamon Life, Cumulus Ballroom, introducing a technology-enabled approach to hiring for employers and job seekers in Sri Lanka. The platform has been developed to transform the way employers and candidates connect in an increasingly competitive and fast-changing labour market.
Positioned as a smarter and more responsive hiring solution, HotJobs aims to streamline recruitment by combining technology with practical hiring insight. HotJobs is the first product introduced under Careers360 Sri Lanka, a new HR-focused venture formed through a collaboration between InTalent Asia and InspireX.
