EPF is a scheme of retirement that can benefit employees on their retirement, whereas ETF is a long-term investment plan that is established by the employer for the benefit of the employees, which is also a compulsory registration according to the Sri Lankan regulations.
InTalent Asia will help out by filling all the applications and prepare all the relevant documents required for the ETF/EPF Registration to register the company at the ETF/EPF Department and will hand over the Employer Registration Certificate issued by Labour Department.
Also, we register the employees with the Labour Department on behalf of the company and provide the “B” Cards issued by the Labour Department to the company.
