As a recruitment, executive search, workforce solutions, and HR services company, InTalent Asia recognises the importance of operating responsibly, protecting stakeholder trust, and supporting sustainable long term business practices. InTalent Asia may establish, maintain, review, and update internal controls, management practices, and related policies from time to time to support this approach, taking into account the nature of its business, stakeholder expectations, applicable laws, client requirements, and recognised management system practices.
Where relevant, InTalent Asia may also align elements of its operational approach with internationally recognised standards and management systems, including ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, ISO 27001 for information security, and ISO 27701 for privacy information management.

Roles and Responsibilities
01. Leadership
Senior leadership is generally responsible for supporting an appropriate ESG culture, promoting awareness of relevant standards, and overseeing the company’s general direction in relation to responsible business practices.
02. Managers
Managers are generally expected to support the implementation of applicable policies, encourage responsible conduct within their teams, and escalate material concerns where appropriate.
03. Employees and Representatives
Employees and other persons acting on behalf of InTalent Asia are generally expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with applicable company policies, lawful business practices, and professional standards relevant to their role.
04. Suppliers and Third Parties
Where relevant, InTalent Asia may communicate its expectations to suppliers, service providers, and other third parties and may take ESG related factors into account in certain engagement, review, or relationship decisions.
Reporting Concerns
InTalent Asia encourages the raising of genuine concerns relating to suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour, unsafe practices, significant policy breaches, or other matters that may present legal, compliance, reputational, operational, or stakeholder risks to the company.
Concerns may be raised through appropriate internal channels or through designated contact points made available by the company from time to time. InTalent Asia may review, assess, and address reported matters in a manner it considers appropriate, taking into account the nature of the concern, available information, confidentiality considerations, and applicable legal or operational requirements.
