Purpose

All persons in the workplace are generally expected to act responsibly, follow communicated safety guidance, and take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions.
Roles and Responsibilities
01. Leadership
Leadership may oversee the company’s general approach to workplace health, safety, and wellbeing and support the maintenance of appropriate standards and awareness.
02. Managers
Managers may support safe work practices within their teams, communicate relevant guidance, and escalate incidents or material concerns as appropriate.
03. Employees and Representatives
Employees and others acting on behalf of InTalent Asia are generally expected to act responsibly, follow applicable safety requirements, and raise material concerns or incidents through appropriate channels.
Reporting Concerns
Health, safety, or wellbeing concerns may be raised through appropriate internal channels or designated company contacts. InTalent Asia may assess and respond to such matters in the manner it considers appropriate, taking into account urgency, seriousness, available information, confidentiality, and applicable requirements.
Monitoring and Review
InTalent Asia may review this policy and related health and safety practices periodically or when considered appropriate due to changes in operations, workplace arrangements, incidents, regulatory developments, or certification related matters.
Policy Status
This policy is intended as a general statement of approach and workplace guidance. It does not form part of any employment contract and does not create legally enforceable rights, guarantees, or obligations beyond those required under applicable law.
InTalent Asia may interpret, amend, suspend, replace, or withdraw this policy at any time, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
